Scope is fixed in writing before work begins.
Custom AI Application Development
DI-DS designs, builds and deploys complete production AI systems combining machine learning inference, backend services and user interfaces on AWS and Azure with automated CI/CD. Delivery covers requirements, architecture and interface design; machine learning components integrated at the core of the system; cloud deployment, monitoring and sustainment; and web and mobile delivery on current, secure stacks. The applications DI-DS operates were developed through this service.
AI & Data Consulting
DI-DS provides advisory and hands-on support for AI adoption, including opportunity assessment, roadmap development, vendor and model selection, and integration planning scoped to the organization's budget and staffing.
Custom AI Modeling
DI-DS develops purpose-built and fine-tuned models where commercial off-the-shelf products do not fit, across classification, prediction, computer vision and language tasks. Models are trained on the customer's data, evaluated against the customer's metrics, and delivered with documented results.
Dataset Acquisition & Building
DI-DS sources, collects and constructs the datasets a model requires, from public and licensed sources and through custom collection pipelines. Provenance is documented at every step, with licensing and compliance recorded alongside the data.
Data Labeling & Curation
DI-DS provides annotation and labeling with quality assurance on every pass. Labeling quality determines whether a model performs in production, and DI-DS treats it as an engineering task with defined acceptance criteria.
